This pivotal role involves proactively identifying, pursuing, and successfully closing new opportunities on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for client acquisition and a proven track record of winning projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consistently submit high-quality and compelling proposals on Upwork daily.
• Thoroughly understand client requirements and meticulously tailor proposals to match their specific needs and objectives.
• Maintain robust follow-up communication and engagement with potential clients to nurture leads.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements:
• Exceptional written English communication skills.
• Mandatory prior experience with Upwork bidding and a clear understanding of the platform's dynamics.
• Fundamental understanding of key areas such as eCommerce, digital marketing, branding, or creative services.
• Consistent availability to work 6 days a week.
