About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting & Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll, general accounting (AP/AR), and timesheet management with accuracy and efficiency. Prior experience with U.S. clients or companies is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process employee timesheets and run payroll per U.S. standards.
• Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, reconciliations, and reports.
• Maintain accounting records and prepare payroll/accounting reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting and labor regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in U.S.-based payroll and accounting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and time management.
