About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment efforts and build strong talent pipelines. This role is crucial for scaling our teams, strengthening our employer brand, and directly contributing to overall business growth by connecting talented individuals with opportunities within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for both technical and business roles.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, various job boards, and professional networks.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their requirements and efficiently fill open positions.
• Plan and organize recruitment drives, candidate assessments, and interview rounds.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and prepare regular, insightful hiring reports.
• Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• A strong track record of successfully managing multiple roles concurrently and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or other recruitment platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to various HR software is considered a significant advantage.
• Education: Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
