Automation, integrations, and operational support across teams — the perfect blend of Engineering & Operations. What you’ll do: • Build & optimize workflow automations • Support integrations across CRMs, tracking & reporting tools • Provide hands-on technical support to Sales, CS, and Marketing • Contribute to web customization & SEO (WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript) • Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies through automation or system-based improvements. • Create SQL reports & internal tools for operational efficiency Who we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (preferred) • 0–1.5 years of experience in tech support, operations, or automation • Proficient in WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, and AI/SEO principles • Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
