About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, providing essential administrative support to various departments, and maintaining a well-managed workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, including oversight of supplies and inventory management
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and comprehensive travel arrangements
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support overall office functionality
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of proven experience in an administrative role or a closely related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
