About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage comprehensive human resources functions within our organization, preferably with experience in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles.
• Oversee employee onboarding, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HRIS/HRMS records, manage attendance/payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally within the IT or software industry.
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment and general HR operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
