About the Role: We are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to join Raccoon Tech, focusing on optimizing mobile app marketing campaigns and monetization strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, create, and manage Google App Campaigns (UAC, tROAS, in-app). • Set up and optimize conversion tracking and Analytics Funnels in Firebase. • Manage and optimize AdMob ad placements and revenue strategy. • Analyze data to improve installs, engagement, and lifetime value (LTV). Requirements: • 1+ years of experience running Google Ads for mobile apps (tROAS, in-app, UAC). • Expertise in AdMob monetization and ad placement strategy. • Strong understanding of Firebase (events, audiences, conversion tracking). • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize for ROI and growth. Qualifications: • BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
