About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Officer to provide technical assistance and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure timely resolution of support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to facilitate spare parts and follow-ups for ongoing issues.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BSCS) or a related technical field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience, with a preference for Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware components.
• Strong task prioritization and time management skills.
• Experience with global IT support or logistics is considered a plus.
