About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Executive to join our growing team and manage essential human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
• Prepare HR documents and facilitate new hire onboarding processes
• Coordinate performance reviews and manage employee engagement activities
• Maintain accurate HRIS/HRMS records, including attendance and leave management
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of HR experience, ideally within the IT or software industry
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to multitask and work effectively independently
