About the Role:
We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and nurture key client relationships for an immersive technology company specializing in AI, gaming, metaverse, and blockchain. This role focuses on ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and business growth by fostering strong partnerships and collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive loyalty and trust.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery and client expectations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Relations, preferably in tech.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.
