About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled HR Officer to manage and streamline office operations for Sukhan Private Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing.
• Oversee employee documentation, attendance, leave records, and ensure policy compliance.
• Address employee grievances, assist with performance appraisals, and prepare monthly HR reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team for salary inputs and handle various HR-related correspondence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree (preferred).
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
