About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. This role focuses on high-volume outbound cold calling to U.S. and Canadian law firms, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume outbound calls daily to U.S. and Canadian law firms.
• Qualify firms based on hiring needs, budget, and operational structure.
• Book meetings with founders or senior sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and execute multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn).
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an SDR, Appointment Setter, telesales agent, or cold caller.
• Excellent spoken English – clear, confident, and professional.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and Autodialers (Kixie, Aircall).
